Gregory V Johnson in the San Fransisco office– agreed with his and spent 3 years robbing the customers and defrauding his co workers–
then Berry Wright — who replaced thomas bannach as a west coast manager– said to his co-workers–

Gee don’t you think thomas Bannach is a nice guy??? the answer of ” nooo tom B is a liar deceiver and a slander thief and pervert “protector”

Welll Berry Wright only lasted about a year.. as the thomas Bannach thermotron replacement

yes lying cheating stealing –libel and slandering — conspiracy with intent to defraud —

so to build a case against your co worker- is the way — management at thermotron functions—-

like the many child molesters — i advoided in the roman catholic– church growing up–
so is holland michigan dutch and christian reformed– same character – and thermotron relay’s on people not “exposing” the former perverts and Queers–
but as Roger cannady and his Associates — harrashed and drumed out defrauded — 90% of the people– employed

and Roger cannady lasted a Whole 3 years lying and defrauding his co workers--
 
With Thomas Bannach and his style of management of protecting lyers and thieves--
 
– Gregory V Johnson was fired 4 robbery thief and embezzlement– from the next company ENSECO —
where mitch Kerr said — he wont’s find work in this valley — and the environmental chamber gang–and every onel knows he was thomas bannach and roger cannady’s co conspirator and false wittness–
just a regualr thermotron lyer and thief–
as Gregory V johnson bragged — it dosen’t matter what you do or say about any- one– or who you rob – steal or murder –

so long as you get away with it — and blame it on some one else
one should get the idea that they are who they are and what they did

    Thermotron management training --- lying is OK---Not that there's anything wrong with that
    At thermotron

    Bob Wiley set the standard for a management style straight out of Hell--

    Bob wiley said it was ok to lie to him about what was going on -- and slander and defraud you co workers a little bit-- so long as you didn't get him introuble..

    John TenBrink-- always did this to his co workers-- he would miss lead them and defraud them -- and tell that he would "talk" to Good --old-- Bob--

    Thomas Bannach went a bit farther down the road to Hell..

    He said every one was the manager like him---

    and That it is normal to lie,cheat, defraud, miss- lead, slander your co worker -- and embezzle a little bit-- because EVERY ONE HE KNOW IS LIKE THAT !!

    SO, LYING CHEATING STEALING AND SLANDERING IS NORMAL,

    And you were supposted to tell every on that he sure is a nice guy

    :At thermotron Bob Wiley motto was it didn't matter so long as you didn't get Wiley in trouble. Tom Patterson said he didn't want to say anything about the embezzlers and liar's cuz they will attack you. Tom bannach said it A ok to lie cheat defraud your co-workers and the customer .     Somewhere today, there will be breaking news that a well-known and/or powerful person has been accused of abusing an employee, co-worker or romantic partner. So here's the question: Did their bad behavior only start after they became well-known or powerful?

    It seems much more likely to me that they didn't become abusers when they became powerful, but that they became powerful because they were abusers.

    Think about it — isn't the most conniving, evil, creepy, abusive back-stabber in your workplace the one who's most likely to get promoted? Isn't the guy or gal who takes credit for your work, who cuts corners, who breaks the rules and sucks up to the bosses the most likely to skip a grade?

    If this is true, then serial abusers are more likely to climb the corporate ladder, the church hierarchy or the military ranks than their more worthy co-workers. How else to explain the college bribery scandal — not to mention the political scandals, church scandals, corporate scandals and Hollywood scandals that are all happening at the same time? How is it that so many ethically challenged people have risen to the top of the heap over the good and decent ones?


    Cream no longer rises to the top. At best, it's tolerated down at the bottom. After all, somebody has to do the work while the abusers focus on getting ahead.

    So often we hear about famous, powerful people making life miserable for everyone who works for or near them that it's easy to think

    thomas patterson got his management training at thrmotron under Bob wiley as the National service menager

    Thermotron and Bob management philosophy was -- the service personall real "job description" was get the custome to "sign off" on the equipment and if it dosen't work "just tell them we will cover it under a "warrenty"

    Thermotron and Bob Wiley personal management style was " it is ok to lie to him and defraud your co workers- so long as you did not get him in trouble"

    When this ment was people like John TenBrink would back stabb and lie about their co workers miss lead them or lead them astray-- and then run behind their backs and rat them out.

    This is how personal relationships were established.. Thomas patterson and Thomas Bannach applied this as well to their management style.

    So that thomas Patterson thought it "funny" when John TenBrink would defraud his co workers and when thomas bannach would conspire to defraud his co workers and slander them behind their backs..

    Thomas Bannach did this for 30 years at thermotron.. Thomas Bannach was know as the "over payed -do--nothing" and the Spineless Gutless wonder "
